Velkommen til 5 workshop med avanserte teknikker i stressmestring. Workshop holdes av Dr. Dhanalakshmi - yogaterapeut med internasjonal sertifikat med videre utdannelse i yogaterapi for leger (fra Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, in Bangalore, https://svyasa.edu.in/). Dr. Dhanalakshmi har sin egen Yoga Institutt i Bangalore, India sammen med likesinnede leger / yogalærere. Nå tar hun Master grad ved universitet i Oslo. Du kan lese mer om Dr. Dhanalakshmi her.
Workshop kan være interessant både for deg som er nybegynner i yoga og deg som har praktisert yoga en stund, samt for deg som er slev yogalærer og ønsker flere stressmestring verktøy i din verktøykasse.

All of us combat stress in different forms in everyday life. Our mind body complex is a marvel of creation both intricate and subtle. These workshop aims to share yoga techniques for successful management all the three type of stress – physical, mental and emotional stress. All these methods are based on scientifically research proven and found very effective. Advanced stress management techniques are in 5 modules, each module is different and acts on different layers of our body (panchakoshas). These workshops are especially nice to share with your loved ones who are looking for the self-transformation, a journey from the physical awareness to mental awareness. Regular practice of these techniques would make a huge difference in one’s life. Join the hands and experience it!! No prior experience of yoga required.

19.oktober kl 13-15 
Module 1: Cyclic Meditation (CM)
It is the first and foremost practice, which acts on first layer of yogic body (Annamaya Kosha). It works on the principle of stimulation and relaxation. One round of cyclic meditation is equivalent to 6 hours of good sleep. Just imagine yourselves doing this everyday!

6.oktober kl 13-15 
Module 2: Pranic Energizing Technique (PET)
It is the practice which works on the second layer of the yogic body (Pranamaya Kosha), which is also known as energy layer. You will learn how to energize the chakras and the naadis (energy centers and the energy channels). There are 7 chakras and 72,000 energy channels in our body, isn’t it amazing to know how to energize our body?? You will learn in the class.

2.november kl 13-15
Module 3: Mind Sound Resonance Technique (MSRT)
This is the another technique which works on the third layer of the yogic body (Manomaya Kosha). We will use sound, vibrations and chantings in order to relieve the deep seated stress and calm down the central nervous system. These sounds will resonate with body’s natural frequency and will work for a wonderful results.

6.november kl 13-15
Module 4: Mastering the Emotions Technique (MEMT)
This technique will work on the fourth layer of yogic body (Vignanamaya Kosha). Emotions are important and meant to be expressed. Our emotions give us power and strength, and the ability to communicate passionately within ourselves and with the external world too. Mastering them is very important. It is not about controlling or deleting them, instead “jump into the river of emotion that takes you to the ocean of truth.” We will dive deep into this.

23.november kl 13-15
Module 5: Mind Imagery Technique (MIRT)
Last but not least this method will work on the fifth layer of yogic body (Anandamaya Kosha). In this method you will learn how to gain control over mind and by regular practice it changes negative thoughts to positive thoughts. While practicing this technique mind reaches the absolute moment of silence and becomes more potent to positive thoughts.
